On BB, go to Options, Security Options, Uncheck User Installed Applications (unless you completely want to wipe your phone of all your installed Apps), then you will need to type "blackberry" to confirm the wipe, Press the ball , and click wipe or scroll to wipe. The phone will then reset with no IT policy from the Blackberry server you were connected to. You can the re-activate your phone.
