DROP OFF REPAIR AGREEMENT ONLY

Most Importantly: YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DATA. Now that we've got that out of the way, lets review the other wonderful statements below.

Did you back up your important files before you brought your PC to us for repair?

If you request us to backup your data, and your harddrive is healthy we should be able to get a successful backup. Shop Rates apply.

Healthy Harddrive is the key word here. If you have viruses and mechanical issues with your harddrive we cannot guarantee a successful backup of your data. In other words, we are not responsible for mechanical failure or data corruption due to viruses.

Do you have your CD's and License keys ? If you do, bring them along with your Computer. That means you are responsible for your installed programs/software should the only way to repair your PC is to reformat and reinstall the operating system (O/S) . As long as you have these CD's and license keys, we can reinstall them for you after reformatting your harddrive and installing a fresh copy of your O/S. Shop Rates apply for the reinstallation of additional programs/software in addition to the reformat/reinstall of your O/S. (Example: Office, Anti-Virus Software, Quicken/Quickbooks)

Did you bring us any/all items so we can reproduce the issue/error in shop?

Lastly, you might be back a few times to get your PC just right. Placing all the data in their respective locations is not an easy task. We work as fast as the hardware allows us and cooperates, but please be patient.

During the repair process, our techs might see your data during testing. Please remove any personal files that you do not want seen. ; )
