Dataserv is looking for a level 1 technician to assist with the growing demands of business under our network. Demands include, but are not limited to: help desk support, documentation assistance, level 1 desktop remediation support, level 1 diagnostic support, and the ability to use a ticketing system to log and record workflow and status.

Level 1 Technician

Requirements

  • Comprehensive understanding of Windows
  • Basics knowledge of OSX is desirable
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365
  • Experienced working with computer parts
  • Desktop support (e.g. install programs, updates, OS)
  • A car with a clean driving record. You may visit local clients on-site periodically. You will be compensated for travel expenses based on distances outside of immediate area.
  • Documentation for ticketing workflow
  • Self-directed, able to work independently, and possess good organizational skills.
  • Professional communication, customer service skills, and the ability to explain technology in an easily understood manner.

Schedule:

Tuesday:        10:00-15:00
Wednesday:  10:00-15:00
Thursday:      10:00-15:00

Hours and days are subject to change. We may be flexible with your schedule. Additional hours may be available during projects and as you progress in knowledge 

Level 21 Magician

Requirements
